I've got an untapped resource on my Juicebox power supply!
A 12 volt AC @ 1500 ma tap to be exact

I'm wondering what pedals are out there that actually use 12v AC.

Here's the running list;
  • H&K Rotosphere
  • Van Amps Sole Mate
  • Prescription Electronics Vibe Unit
  • Kingsley Minstrel V1
  • Electro Harmonix LPB-2UBE
  • Electro Harmonix Hot Tubes
  • Electro Harmonix English Muff'n
  • Electro Harmonix Black Finger
  • Electro Harmonix 12AY7 Mic Preamp

H&K Rotosphere: 12vac @ 700mA. From this, the 280V plate voltage for the ECC 83 is derived. Also derived are +18V, +12.6V and ±12V (regulated).

Rockman 1/2 rack units like sustainor, stereo chorus, stereo echo etc.
There was a Rockadapter 12V AC 500ma external power supply for export models

Catalinbread Topanga Spring Reverb will go from 9 to 18v. I like mine best at 12v. I got it for my Doc. Z, but sometimes I think it sounds better than the onboard verb on my Princeton. Certainly more versatile.
