I am still looking for small 15 Watt Combo for jams and band practice. My Matchless C30 is just too big and heavy to grab-and-go.

I was leaning towards a Matchless Lightning (1x12, small cab), but I'm hearing a lot of folks are very happy with their Egnater Tweaker 15 (1x12).

I know it's an unfair comparison (the Lightning is 3x the cost), but how close would the Egnater get me there?

    Howdy,

Dr.Z now makes thier 18 watt Carmen Ghia in a 1x10 combo, in addition to the 1x12 combo. My head/cab variant sounds fantastic with a C-Blue. Good luck!

Here's another to consider--check out Colin's clips--warning--might end up being part of you gigging rig--huge sound, small package:

what about a VOX AC15 H1TV 1-12" combo? Not really light, but a nice compact amp with plenty of horsepower and no shortage of volume on tap.

The tweaker is a great amp, esp for the price.
