They are not original. Also, the tuners look somewhat different from the originals... Is this the modern Kluson? Also, I feel like there’s a line coming down the hole... and some kind of repaired? looking spots next to date stamp... is this okay and irrelevant to the tone and guitar itself? Or is this a serious problem?
The neck heel is cracked/split from the screw holes. Looks like that neck has been on a few different odies, with the screw holes not lining up correctly. That needs to be fixed, A good luthier will have no problem repairing it. As for the rest, who knows? Could be anything at this point. Half your pictures don't show, so I don't see tuners or other details.
Yeah...Everything under the guard looks like modern/reissue parts.....my guess is the pickups are 65 reissues or something given the grey flatwork. Definitely not from 1966. Pots look like modern CTS and the switch who knows. Guard looks Reissue as well....could have been a whole assembly taken from a modern guitar.
