1. The Gear Page is run by musicians for musicians. We listen, we learn and if we misstep we are not afraid to do the right thing. We proposed some changes to the Emporiums. Based on feedback from members, we have decided to not go ahead with those changes. However, it has also highlighted that we need some community input into what is working and what is not working for members here. Primarily focused on the Emporiums, we'd like input on your thoughts about TGP and how things work in the Emporiums for you and how you'd improve them. The discussion thread on the is here!

Well, I'm finally putting together my first Partscaster. It's going to be a "Hardtail" Strat with a Blues Theme as that is what I love and try to play. I had a local artist paint the one-piece ash body and it came out really good. I think I'm off to a good start......

Her idea was to step through the door you see on the front into the Blues Club and on the back is what you find. Also the guitar player is playing this guitar. It's got SS frets on the neck, Lollar Dirty Blonde pickups with blender pot, oil-in-foil caps, Gotoh bridge and vintage locking tuners. It should sound pretty good too.......I hope.

    Nice!

Are you doing a clear coat to protect the paint?

Cool paint job! If it sounds and plays half as good as it looks you're gonna have a killer axe!

It's already got a couple of coats of clear satin-gloss on it. I want to keep the paint coat thin, so that's probably all I'm going to do. If is relics, it relics.
