Tall order here, but any recommendations?

    Footswitchable channels a must.

Effects loop and/or onboard reverb/tremolo a huge plus.

Redplate Blues Machine comes to mind. Maybe one of the Tone Kings?

    Absolutely Retro-King
    Best in class.
A must to check out while you're on the hunt.
I LOVE mine. I've owned others, but the Retro/King blew them all out of the water.
Killer for what you say you're looking for.

Hey, Gibbons buying 7 of them says it all.
    They're all over LaFutura

Do you really need two channels for this? Loud, clean and a boost pedal should easily get you there. Pretty much any Fender or a JTM45 would get you there.

Not what you need, but what you want.

Vibro King with a clean boost into a dirtier boost.

Or an Imperial. That one you can play all your tones at quiet volumes.
