Lots of TV coverage, this year on NBCSN. Race starts at 2:30 this afternoon. GO MAZDA!
I'll be cheering for Zanardi.
Alex Zanardi is such an inspiration. I hope his race goes well.
I am pumped, really good field this year. The DPI's are going to be super fast, after all, the track record fell in qualies. You cant bet against the house team (Action Express).
Watching it as I type. I loves me some sports car racing!!
Got to seem them run at Mid Ohio last year- going to the 24 is a bucket list item for me.
Mazda is strong so far today, impressive.
Congrats to Alonso & his team .... another feather for his cap!
Not one of the triple crown but very respectable none the less.
Obviously a great team victory.
Too bad about the rain.
Wow, you do not see that very often. I do not really follow racing anymore, so i do not know who he is, but he was F1 champ i guess.?
When you look back at the career of guys like Mario Andretti and Jack Ickx, you cannot help but be impressed by how much racing they did.
Not to mention.....Mario and Jacky drove when racing was REAL Dangerous.
anytime i want to feel like i'm at the races i just turn on the vacuum cleaner and swing it around my head by its cord
#88 Speedstar Audi. My friend owns Speedstar. Came from humble beginnings putting on new suspension systems on my car. I'm very proud.
Too bad the rain red flagged it. I'm on the left coast and it poured and was cold all weekend. On the plus side it filled my pool up. Going to go to Sebring, went last year and enjoyed it.
It's amazing Mario is alive with his " adventuresome " driving style and just the sheer numbers of events. I saw him at Mosport for the F1 GP and it was something. Almost a lap ahead of everybody and still locking his brakes up . Of course , he blew his motor with only a few laps to go. Nobody has ever enjoyed racing like that guy.
