    It's a little deceiving (regarding the Cult)...the list is actually "30 Extraordinary Albums"...so the inclusion of some non metal albums makes sense.

    And now im starting to feel old....... I was a wee lad when these albums were put out. With two older brothers however I was made very aware of most of the bands and a lot of the songs on the albums..... nostalgia.... strange thing....

    yeah...I was 18 in 1985. I stared at that Saxon album cover quite a bit as a teenager.

    I was 19 in 1985, but other than the Crue album, i didn't have any of these. I still haven't heard any of the others, although i've always meant to check out some Helloween at some point...
