Cool. I got to jam while my wife was out today. Had no idea about the Rush anniversary but I did play almost all Rush today including 2112, Tom Sawyer, Freewill, La Villa, Spirit of the Radio etc. At least the parts I know,

in the 80's we did a truncated version of 2112; overture/temples, then we'd cut to soliloquy/grand finale.

i was in a rush tribute a few years ago; we had a big medley with 2112 finale at the end,
& at the very end we triggered a voice saying
"attention all planets of the solar federation, attention all planets of the solar federation,
WE ARE COMPLETE AZZHOLES, WE ARE COMPLETE AZZHOLES"!!!! haha

Love the early Rush albums. Can't go wrong with 2112 (Love the artwork too).

We used to cover "2112 Overture / Temples of Syrinx" in one of my old bands. Those old Rush songs are a lot of fun to play.
