Beatles were great, don't get the wrong idea, but, just wondering -- does anyone have any of their big hits that you'd just be happy to never hear again?
    Me:
    1.Hello Goodbye
    2.Lady Madonna
    3.Long and Winding Road
    4.Let it Be
    5.Strawberry Fields

For me, Hey Jude. Ranks just behind Celine’s Titanic song in monotony.

While my guitar gently weeps is the only one that comes to mind. Just very overrated for me. Plus I’ve heard way too many wanking covers of it.

Hey Bulldog is the only one I don't like. It reminds me of Ben Folds Five. I can't stand Ben Folds Five.

This thread is already demonstrating a pretty loose definition of what constitutes a "hit."

If you replaced "hits" with "songs" my answer would still be the same

I can only think of one Beatles song I don't like, and I don't think it was a hit. (There might be other songs in their catalog I would avoid, but only one immediately comes to mind as just, "What were thinking? That sucks.")

Five Beatles hits I don't like? Nope. Can't do it. Nowhere near.

Yeah, I'm with Bugzapper. Maybe 1-2, and they were not Chart songs. Maybe not even singles.

    Define "Major Hit".
    Songs I don't care for:
The Long and Winding Bore - blech.
Hey Jude - plods along until the "Na na na na na na na na na na na" part
Number Nine - really, you put that on an album? Not really a hit though.
The Fool on the Pill - Rutles nod there.
She's leaving home - I skip this song

This. I get they were really talented and hugely influential, but I just can’t stand them.

Nope. I can't name 5 Beatles songs I don't like. Their songs are too much woven into the sound track of my younger days for me to listen to them objectively.

Differing tastes are respected by me, I personally love the Beatles.

Are there skippable songs? Yep. There aren't many artists I am aware of whose catalog is 100% listenable in most any mood.
