'51 Nocaster RI neck into a '52 RI Tele body?

I've never really caught onto the tele love simply because the neck felt too spindly in my hand. I'm intrigued by the fat neck of these nocasters and I'm curious if anyone has any reason to believe I couldn't put a Nocaster RI neck into my '52 RI tele body?

Have you found one or are you talking Warrmoth, USAGC, Allparts etc.?

It was the Nocaster that opened my eyes to Teles in general.

I was thinking that unless you get it from one of the above sources you're going to have a hard time finding an original Fender.
