5Y3GT vs 5Z4PA rectifier tube?

Greetings to all -

I'm looking for some help with a rectifier tube. I have a 14w Fender tweed clone (2 x 6V6) that's labeled to take a 5Y3GT or a 5V4GT rectifier tube. I've been offered a 5Z4PA rectifier tube as a functional equivilent. I can find very little information on this tube, but what I have found suggests it may be better suited to a higher wattage amp. Any tube nuts out there that can offer commentary on how they compare/contrast?

Actually, a 5Z4 would probably be nearly identical in performance to a 5V4 in that amp. Thing to be concerned about would be that your plate voltage will increase by about 40 volts over the 5Y3 which MAY require an adjustment to the cathode resistor value.

Confirmed with my bias probe last night. I'll stick with a 5Y3GT.
