64 fender jaguar

I have the oppurtunity to purchase a 64 jaguar owned by Cesar Diaz, he was from my hometown & I've had the oppurtunity to play with him a couple times, great guy & gave me great advice when I was starting out. I'm curious to know how much this guitar would be worth, it's in pretty great shape & all original. It's rumored to have been played by Bob Dylan but I can't get that authenticated as Cesar has passed. Any thoughts?

For reference, a '63 is roughly $4-6,000, depending on who's selling. I've seen '64s selling for about $3,300 or so.
