    I just recently unloaded a couple PTP 72, and 73's for $2400 each. 1 was in excellent condition, 1 had the usual tolex scuffs and wear. Both were freshly re-capped, re-tubed and biased.

    I felt I let them go cheap, but that was 6 months ago and guys were still spending a bit more freely. It might be wise to let the market recover a bit(after elections) if your not in a hurry to sell.

    The PTP superleads will continue to go up so as long as you keep it in good shape, its win win to wait.

    yeah I am going to give it another workout and see what I think before I go thru with it.. I also have a Carol Ann I just got and a 101 B.. I havent had time to play with the CA yet. going to work that head into the rig this week.. I'm not a collector though so if I'm not going to use it ,,,, IT GOES
