74 twin advice

i'm thinking of selling a 74 twin. it has red jbls',original and sound great. also has ge blackplates that n\sound great as well.
would you change the speakers and tubes before selling it?

hopefully they are orange and not red. But yes, you'll likely get more dollars if you sell them separately. You'll find that there are a lot of twins on the market these days and they don't bring much, so having the jbl's in the twin make it much more desirable. Which is more important, getting the most cash, or selling quickly?

If I were a buyer I'd have no interest in that amp if it wasnt original.

I'd have no problem as a buyer with that. Its the weight of the amp that would be mine and a lot of people issue. I'm sure it sounds great.
