you’ve convinced me that there are some great single coil tones to be had in an LP (beyond straight up P90), and I say that as someone whose played them for 30 years! Very nice!!!

Thanks! The bridge humbucker has to be pretty high in output, like each coil at least 7k, for it to sound anything but anemic when split like that. The first one I tried that worked well was a Dimarzio Super Distortion. The one in there now is a Tom Anderson H3, and I’m going to be replacing it soon with a Motor City Afwayu.
