I play guitar and am setting up a rehearsal room, I was thinking of a b200 head and 2x10 of some kind, can you guys think of a better alternative? Maybe around 400 mostly for blues to hard rock style

The particular rig you buy for a rehearsal situation would partially depend on how loud the others in your band play, and whether you have a hard-hitting drummer.

At present I am getting by with 200W and a 2x8" speaker cab for rehearsal. This rig would've been totally inadequate for other bands I've been in.

This. Music style and group composition determine needs.
