His album was just released on iTunes today.... I bought it!

He plays like an old soul, I wonder where such feel and depth comes from at such a young age

That's almost scary. He's not amazing for an 11 year old, he's bringing it like a world class MF'r.

yea..i dont know how you could get that good on jazz piano in 11 years. so he started playing at 6, which leaves 5 years to get it together like that at that age.

really nice! I don't know how people play music their instruments with headphone on. I can't stand it! It must just be more talents that they have!

I know it's popular to claim that all it takes is practice and anybody can be a great player, but seriously, no way is this just from practice. This kid is on an insane level of musical insight and depth. Tons and tons of folks have played piano for 3, 4, 5 times longer than he's been alive...and few can play at this level.

My grandmother was also a piano prodigy and played Carnegie Hall at a young age.

Awesome to hear folks like this!

I've had the same impression. I've seen ton of videos with extremely talented young musicians but usually you see a lot of chops and their style is often in a phase of development. This child sounds really like a mature musician, not just for his technique and knowledge but for everything.
