A Thank You note, and gear update...

I want to start by giving everyone here a big thank you. I joined TGP this summer and my experience has been great here. I have really enjoyed sharing my knowledge with you and hearing your feedback. I have learned alot as well! I thank you all for your input on my threads and all the info you have shared with me. Everyone (for the most part ) has been very nice. This is a great place.

With that said, I thought I would let you guys know what all you have "made" me buy! Haha! I usually spend most of my time in the effects sub page. Here is what I have bought the past Month and 1/2 or so while reading present/past posts...

Because of tgp I've bought 3 fuzzes now. Sold one, and still have the other 2, but I barely use them. I'm too much of an OD nut! I like it when I hear fuzz on recordings, but for some reason am not into playing with them. But I know I'll give it another whirl soon enough.

Ross, I'm glad you're enjoying it here. I'm sure you'll love the Timmy! Of all those pedals you've bought, which is your favorite and why?

Thanks! Man, that's a hard question. The katana will never come off my board. It is one of those pedals where I said "I need something to do this..." and the katana nailed it. With the overdrives, each one is different and great in its own way. The Fulldrive is so versatile. The best take on a TS circuit IMO. Bluesbreaker with a hollow body is amazing. The stock blues driver is VERY underrated. It sucks alot of guys run away from anything with BOSS on it. As long as the tone is at or below 10 oclock that thing is solid. The TS10 is my favorite tubescreamer. I can't play it live bc the switch is SOOO flakey but for recording, it's the only TS I will use.
