Hands down my favorite piece. Not really into the goofy distorto-metal aspect of it but, damn... she nailed it! Great job.
Best part of the Four Seasons Suite for me, especially the counter melodies and call-and-response between the cellos and violins.
Pretty decent cover, though the lads from Children of Bodom still hold the best guitar cover title for that one.
Man, that's impressive too!
The thing that's missing from these, and the thing that makes that piece so powerful besides the obvious technical prowess is the use of dynamics... I mean the tune is about a crazy summer storm. It's when the orchestra gets louder and softer throughout that I really get the feel of the wind blowing through the trees and the waves of rain coming down.. I'm not sure how somebody can convey that with a distorted guitar but it's still a treat to watch and listen to.
whenever it rains and storms in my area there is literally speed metal playing within the storm
I've done a number of these in the past, they are amazing for your technique and teach you 100x more than any exercise ever will.
Keep up the great work!!!
Only the best metal is weather related.
