This might be my favorite sounding guitar yet. It's so warm, woody, and versatile I can't stop playing it. Literally everybody who's played it so far has used the word "buttery." I think that's pretty accurate.

Some people hate distressed guitars, but that makes me like them so much more.:munch I was very thorough and aged, burnt, or generally distressed everything on this one. The burst look was created with a torch. It's burnt pretty deeply and really looks the part up close, but from a distance you can't tell at all.

I won't write a lot here. If you want to know more you can check the site out here. There are more photos here.

Thanks for comments! :beer

I'm pleased with how it came out and I'm glad to see it so well received. Usually, my work is pretty polarizing, but everybody seems to dig this one so far. I'm sure somebody hates it somewhere:rotflmao

So they are semi-hollow?

And the little grill is a sound hole?

Yes, semi-hollow.
That is a sound hole. I was thinking of adding a little a mic in there with a small switch for controlled feedback, but I decided to keep it simple. The push/pull coil split already adds a ton of variation.

You know what?
I've never understood how somebody can hate a guitar they've never played...:huh

I never really comment on guitars because I can never play 'em.

Aesthetics are secondary to the sound of a guitar.
Although for me, ergonomics and playability should be given equal consideration.

I would like to play the guitar you've posted. Looks very cool.

Talk about a burst!
