Thinking about getting something to run in the 11R loop for extra effects - would need to be MIDI controllable.

Right off the bat the 1101, Mobius, and M9 come to mind.

Probably some issues of quantity vs quality among those...I like the idea of the M9 being able to stack multiples such as delays, but I would also like to have detune, which it doesn't have.

I like the idea of the 1101 being able to load IRs (thus freeing up my EPSI for something else)

I like the idea of the Mobius being high quality and compact.

anyone using any of these (or others I haven't thought of) with 11R? Comments?

EDIT: as an alternative i've considered using my favourite pedals with a bypass loop box such as the GCX in the rack - who are the major players in that arena and what's the best value in such a box right now? RJM Mini Gizmo? Decibel Eleven?

    Maybe an Eventide H9?

I paired my old 11 Rack with a TC GMajor 2... incredible combo.

I've said it before on here, but the TC Nova System works awesome in my
    11 racks loop!
I like the pedalboard format of the Nova, 'cause I don't need a switcher/controller with it.

+1. I use a G-Major on my SPDIF out. No additional a/d/d/a conversions is nice. I chose not to sync the MIDI between them so I use it essentially as a D/A stage and channel strip (gate, EQ, etc), but a little Reverb from it really compensates for the lack of spillover on the 11r.

I ran my Eleven Rack the same way, great combo.

    wow...almost unanimous!

I'll have to check into the G-Major.

wondering: since i use an epsi in the loop (set at stompbox level) would i have some level issues running into the GM2 from the epsi?

guess i could run the GM2 in series after the main line level outs on the 11R?

For me it was a G-System in the loop (which also takes care of footswitches) and a Lexicon MPX 550 on the output for reverbs.
