Add pedal circuit distortion to amp circuit

    I used a stand alone 9v transformer in most, and in a very few I used a 12v transformer for what the effect needed. Its basically the same as building a pedal and power supply outside of an amplifier and then just mounting all the guts inside the amplifier chassis.

    That will just generate noise.

    Fuses won't help with noise.

    Yep, I think it’s going to be really noisy. It’s going to be hard to float it inside the amp to keep from getting ground loops.

    If you can find a schematic of the Yngwie Marshall check out how the boost works....it might give ideas
