Aged LACE Strat PUPS.........

    My brother installed a set on a friend's Strat, and was blown away. He has a Hot Gold on his tele, and it screams, when overdriven. It's a 13k bridge. The 13k is also available with the strat sets, and I'm considering Hot Golds for my Strat Ultra, as a replacement for the original sensors. They are very different.

    They are stratty when clean, but overdrive more smoothly than a vintage pickup. You might check out the Fender Forum. Lots of Lace fans there.

    Thanks for the link! I guess I'm gonna try an aged set in this Project parts strat I have going. They look and sound like a bargain for what Acme charges . :AOK :JAM
