Came across an original 70's model/build (black rect faceplate with alembic written on top)- complete with all alembic casing and the instruction manual for install.

Do these have much (or any) value? See the GGG and the modified blasters that Alembic now offers, but didn't know if this piece carried any more desire then just its past coolness.

    Thanks

Only one way to find out - put it on the market and see what the market is willing to pay.

Sounds good - I couldn't find any listings of the 70's anywhere I searched. Guess we'll see.

I wouldn't think it's worth anymore than a new one from Alembic. They are selling the same thing with a better face plate than the original. I had one by the way.
Since they only fit strats, that limits the market. They weren't very popular back in the 70's. And you can build one for cheap.
You could try putting it on eBay but that costs $ if you sell it.
