Looking for a Deluxe style amp. Single channel with a midrange control that isn't quite as bright as a Fender. Looking for a build quality on the level of Fuchs, Two-Rock, ect. Any advice would be welcome.

Savage Macht 12x. That's my favorite low-wattage 1x12. 12 louds watts with half-power switch. Excellent range of tones. oops, no mid switch, but this amp is known for 'sweet' mids. That was a big thing cited in the Vintage Guitar review they got. I've played through one a few times and they're great.

Might be worth checking out a Bogner Duende Combo-Tweed type tones with great drive channel, trem, reverb, 6v6's, master volume. I demo'd one and was impressed.

Of course, you may be talking about Tweed era. Check out Victoria.
