I know there have been some earlier posts but didn't find them in my initial search.
I have a Rivera Pubster 25 that's developed this odd grainy distortion and lost about 30% power. This despite changes in preamp and output tubes, different speaker, etc.
Anyway, I know there are some decent techs in town, but wondering if anyone has used someone in the western suburbs (Valley Forge-West Chester area) that might be able to help.
    Thanks!

You might check in with George Alessandro (www.alessandro-products.com)... don't know if he's still doing repair work, but it's worth a phone call...

Thanks Dave, for reminding me! You would think he would have been my first choice, seeing as my main amp is a Rottweiler! But I've never actually been to his shop, it's about a half-hour away. Maybe I'll drop him an e-mail and see if he's interested in looking at this.
