Anything that sounds like a deluxe reverb or vibrolux but in a smaller package..not as heavy..not as many tubes..more portable?

You might be interested in the new Princeton Reverb Reissue coming next month? 10" speaker with removable baffle, adjustable bias etc. A reported street price of $799-
I think they have the same amount of tubes though.

Uh Oh........I detect the smoldering embers of a fire getting started!
I agree with the poster about the Princeton Reverb. Great amps. I am looking forward to seeing what the reissues sound like.

Swart. Depending on volume needs, ST is the smaller 5 watt, AST is about 20 watts. Beautifl clean tone, great breakup when pushed.

Same number of tubes as a DR or VR? No. PR's have 7, DR's/VR's have 9. :)

Just went to their site. 35 lbs for the 1x12 combo. Not bad. Looks like they've gone for the Genz-Benz Black Pearl look, too. ;)

    This is funny-

I got the DRRI because I thought it was lighter!

I have a Rivera Clubster 25 Doce and have played it side by side with several other amps and have found it no more noisey than any others including Mesa Lonestar & Express, Twin, and HRDX. I use a line conditioner when playing. This model is 1X12, 6V6, 2 channel, 38 pounds, and sounds very good.

I don't think that there is very much out there that is significantly smaller. I wish most of the amps I have had were that light.
