1. During the first week of August 2020, we'll be upgrading the software TGP runs on to the currently available up-to-date version. The software version is a significant upgrade, so there will be some downtime as we do the work under the hood. We've got a team of professionals, including the software development company assisting the process. We've conducted substantial tests using backups of the current forum to ensure a smooth and successful upgrade. We've gone to great lengths on the design of the theme (aka 'skin' or look and feel) of the forum to offer a better user experience for members and visitors. The default theme will be new, yet clearly influenced by the classic TGP look. We will have a dark version of that also easily selectable. Also available will be a "Classic TGP" theme that closely matches the current theme you are accustomed to using with the current software. There is also an easy width adjustment to make it set width or expand to your window width for each theme. As we get closer, I'll update everyone so hopefully, no one will be caught by surprise.

I like it on Silicon too. For me it works in tandem with the internal bias to go from gated sputtery fuzz at 9:00 to your more classic Hendrix/Gilmour sounds when dimed.

I’m more concerned with how the 183 reacts above noon on the sundial. I have the sputtering buzzy fuzz thing covered.

Thanks for the feedback @DewieCox, I'll definitely be sure to include it when I get around to ordering a Si version.

Welp I did it. Pulled the trigger on an NKT with all the bells. Was torn on that vs. hybrid but I am purist, so I'll start there and end up with 6 more SF's (like some of you!) before I move onto the boosts...oh boy

All I know is, I can't wait for that package to arrive. And when that day comes, I will gloriously run through my neighborhood wearing an amazing tie-dye shirt. Huzzah!

Special thanks to @NewOldSocks and @BearBryan for your insights. Cheers.

I do not have a sundial on my bc183 or my LG all my others have a sundial which I use more to the left of 12 o'clock.

I'd like to fine tune the ti-uk and cv7005

The Bart I own sounds Awesome and is a top sounding fuzz pedal I own! Very very nice.

What's the yellow trimpot for and what is the white trimpot for?

Yellow one is for bias and the White is for the volume trim (like turning your guitar volume knob down).

Earlier I received shipping conformation for this Saturday!
And then for the Centura right after....

    Man... so stoked!

I will have them both on different boards because I don't like a buffer in my chain along with a FF...

When things get back to normal i'm going to send my Centura to Mike for a toggle toggle mod for buffer/true bypass like the KTR.

It works wonders on my AF1 for studio and then gigging.

I highly reccomend the mod for peeps who love the Klon tone but dont want the buffer messing with there FF when off.

    Anywhoo.... YAY!

For those who have recently gotten a Sunface, what's the wait time like? 2 to 4 weeks?

The wait time is always at least twice as long the time you hope to get the pedal (regardless of brand) ;)

I am sure it wont be a KOT-length wait ;):( My 3 years will be up in December, and just ordered my first SF. Cant wait to get the purple and gold enclosures on my board, royalty inbound!

    Just got my BART.
I’m in the middle of a move, so I haven’t had much time with it. Initial impressions though, super fat. Yuge! Great cleanup, and no noise!

I ordered mine in the midst of stay at home and it took about 5 weeks. Totally understandable considering the circumstances.

I was hoping for a shipping notice after that Instagram post, but so far no luck. I've got a KOT and LG Sunface in the works. :dude
