Just what we need, another Best Tube Screamer poll: :thud

While it is impossible to list them all here is a good representation of current and popular versions of the Tube Screamer.

If you could only have one, which one on the list would it be:

The MJM Blues Devil is the best tube screamer.

Not trying to be a jerk...but I think you are missing a few important pedals on this poll that are not only arguably still the best but also the reason why such polls exist. Namely, Ibanez TS-7, TS-9, TS-10, and TS-808.

Ibanez TS-808, with the TS-10 in close 2nd.

With the exception of the Ibanez & AM mod, all others are tweaked or a take on the TS. If it isn't an Ibanez then it isn't a Tubescreamer :)

I've played a few of the above.. and my two favorites are...

    MJM Phantom Overdrive
    Lovekraft MojoDrive

I have both.... love these two pedals.

I really loved the MJM but equal love goes to my Cusack Screamer Fuzz. There's a clarity to the Cusack that's unique and makes the notes just slice through but in a nice silky & smooth way. Of course, the fuzz end of the Screamer dirty's up the entire feel of the notes and gives the pedal a very different {but very useful} sound. The MJM is super smooth. Easily one of the most lovingly built pedal at the current retail price, sans maybe the Timmy but the tone is pure 808. There are a lot of great ones out there but I'm convinced there's few much better that these two. I dig the features & design on the Cusack, and LOVE his LOUD colors.

I love the basic TS sound and have tried many different ones. They are all variations on the same theme of course with slight variations in EQ and gain. The one that seems to really have the magic when cranked up playing live is the Landgraff DO. It has a great tone, cuts in the mix well and the gain is very nice with a great ability to control feedback that seems to be unique to this pedal. It is expensive but seems to have something special about it.

I'd pick either the E6 or the Signa Drive. Both have an open sound without such a pronounced mid-hump. The Nobels ODR-1 is another TS pedal that I would recommend.
I'm currently using an E6...a great pedal for me.

The MJM Blues Devil fills my TS void very well.

The Lovekraft Mojo Drive is another great, lower cost option. But, the last Landgraff DO I bought has been the best sounding TS style pedal I've owned. For pure 808 tones, I would vote with the Bleus Devil though.
