1. The Gear Page is run by musicians for musicians. We've added some "new" guys to the moderator crew.     Thanks! The Rhythm guitar was done on a Tele.LOL. Lead on a Strat. The amp was a Hot Rod Deluxe.

    no sh*t, wow that tone sounded just like the studio version of The Wind Cries Mary. go figure, Jimi used a Marshall JTM45-100 and pre-CBS strats, and you got that tone nailed with a HRdlx.

    goes to show, its all in the hands

    what pups in the strat?




    i like that tone so much, im jealous.:D

    Very very nice!!!

    Is the Hot Rod Deluxe stock or does it have any mods? I am thinking about getting a second amp and I like the sounds I'm hearing from your Hot Rod Deluxe.

    I am also considering a Fender Blues Jr.

    ya-great rhythm tone-good tune & style-one mix comment-:bring up the rthm a notch-& set the vocs back a bit-then hit everything hard with a mastering compressor.

    more drums too!
