I like them as much as any other strings. I buy them and use with great enjoyment.

I like them a lot, the last batch I used of GHS Boomers were dead in no time. Gimme more D'Arcos!
Sometimes you can get them for less than $2.50, if ya look around.
I like them better than GHS, EB, D'addario....

I may have to make the plunge next string purchase. I've been liking Curt Mangans but these are almost half price if I buy in big bulk.

I know this is an old thread, but I thought I would resurrect it. I just got a few free packs in from strings and beyond for ordering some Martin acoustic strings. Haven't tried them yet. Hoping more people have tried them by this point.

They are great strings! The Darco Acoustic strings are great too. I personally think they are just Martin strings in a Darco box :D

We restring all of our electrics in our shop with Darcos and get comments all the time about how great the strings are. Then we tell them what they are, and they let out a disappointed "Oh..." It's quite funny :)

The Darcos are my favourite acoustic strings: I've tried plenty from Elixirs to all the other usual suspects, noen of the real expensive boutiquey ones tho: the Darcos I like for their sound and they seem to last quite a long time without going dead on me.

I had excellent results using the 10-46 electric set for a C# downtuning, sounded good too!

I have used Darco electric strings and really liked the results.
Now that I am forced to use much lighter strings, I have to go with a company that makes them in the gauges I use.
There is nothing wrong with Darco's. When players don't know what strings they are using, if the strings sound good, most of these players would be surprised to find out they were Darco electrics.

I finally put a set I got on my strat. They are okay, a bit stiffer than D'Addario and somewhere in between D'Addario and Curt Mangan in terms of brightness.

Solid strings, I would buy again, but I don't see them becoming my primary string.
