Any pedal can do both phase and tremolo?

    I know the Red Witch moon phaser can do both phase and trem...any others?

    Thats about it without getting a multi. I suggest going a different route for both effects though.

    Ibanez flying pan can do it. I would recommend a multi through for more flexibility.

    To trem it instead of pan, just plug it into one amp, not two. Since it pans into silence, you'll get a trem sound. Couple that with the onboard trem on an amp, and you can make some cool complex rhythmic trem pulses.
