Nope. The effect was so obscure and used on so few recordings that no one bothered recreating it until very recently (I know RG Keen created his DIY transistor-based version faithful to the amp but with a univibe-style LFO in 2005, and I sincerely doubt any commercial pedal precedes that or was even in development at that time). Honestly I think that one of Tom Waits's guitarists brought the effect to more peoples' attention than anything else, and that was on recent recordings!
