Any word on new 2015 Strats?

I've been considering getting an American Deluxe Strat HSS and noticed that several places have a shorter supply than usual. Is this an indication that maybe they're coming out with an updated model for 2015? Anyone have any info?

Fender usually release their new models for NAMM, which is in January.

No. Fender is more preoccupied with figuring out other ways to eat Gibson's lunch. Those two seem to be locked in a 'highest-ever MSRP' race to determine who can out-charge who the fastest.

Fender American deluxes have gotten increasingly wonky over the years. They to keep adoing features no one cares for. They've rolled out at least 4 different noiseless pickups that seemed to be universally panned, and now they're on the compound radius kick.
