    I just used this Caline thing I had lying around. It's not bad actually. Dead quiet and lights the pedal board up blue in the dark.

    Does the bottom come off, or just that plate?

    Just the plate but installing the power supply underneath and routing wires was not difficult.

    I got one as well, delivered yesterday.
    I know I've seen the plastic its made out of, but I just can't place it. It's pretty heavy duty.
    If I put a LOT of pressure on it with my thumbs, I can get it to flex a little bit in the center, but that's a lot of pressure (the kind I use to compress lower jaw bone after extractions)... that's not to say it is flimsy, at all ... it's just not 6 inch steal-I-beam solid.
    I might do a sample/mockup on it this weekend.

    What is the board sitting on? I’m so confused. Is it an ice sculpture, a styrofoam ice chest, a pillow of cotton balls...
