    I'd say you are right on dude!I just love the sinplicity,that one string slide thing he does is sweet!Love that beat box he uses,would like to do one meself.The man has an interesting story...nice to see him playing music for a living.

    he's massive in the U.K right now. He appeared on the Jools Holland show at new years a couple of years ago and since then he's had a massive following.
    I don't think he's really known in America though (even though he's American).

    Do you know if he still lives in America or tours there? On his website, it seems that he just tours across the Atlantic.

    If you check-out some of the interviews on youtube you see a very unaffected,slightly uncomfortable man who can't seem to understand all the fame he is experiencing,this I'm sure adds to his popularity in Europe.I particularly like the "stories" he tells about his instruments,that Mississippi box in particular.It wasn't too long ago he was a hobo/vagrant going through garbage to survive.It will be interesting to follow how he deals with all the fame.....hopefully not another trainwreck.I will anxiously follow and support his music!

    I think he actually moved, lives i Norway now,, right ?
    theres a couple of fellow US blues musician s living over in Norway ,,and quite a few in Sweden for that matter :)

    I found out about him on a thread here awhile back, love it! I love how he just drops his guitar at the end of that one song. He gets into it! All through a solid state Roland Cube!
