Anybody use "Pedals Plus Effects Warehouse"?

I placed an order with them before the new year, and they have not shipped or answered my emails, and the order status still says "processing". Calls keep going to VM, and I'm not getting them returned. Anybody else use these guys? I suppose I can just cancel it with my credit card company, but I wanted to check with you guys first and see if they are ok, and this just fell through the cracks.

They've always answered their phone, when I've called them in the past. Try calling again on Monday, they may just have a lot of orders to ship, and haven't been answering or returning calls. Definitely email, as well

I used them once approximately ten years ago, mostly because they stocked both of the pedals that I wanted to purchase at the time. (A Retro-Sonic Analog Delay, and a Lehle Little Lehle Looper) The entire transaction was smooth, but take that information with a grain of salt due to the passage of time.

Yeah...they are good. I have had no issues when then in the past.

I placed an order Wednesday night. Got the order confirmation but so far that's all. I'm used to sellers shipping within 24 hours.

I ordered from them last year. Had the same "processing" order. They take a little longer to ship, but you'll get what you ordered. He was replying to emails when I was communicating with them.

They Sold me an Amplifier and claimed it was brand New but it was Not New or Factory Sealed and not as Advertised! The amp was scuffed inside on the transformers and outside on the ends of the case. The inside of the amp box and amp has a Sweet Puke Smell like it had been stored away in somebody's closet! Not at all New as Advertised, Buyers Beware of this Seller!
