That looks pretty schwing - I'd like to try one myself. Maybe a pair of 6v6's in parallel and cathode biased?

Ok, Does anyone have one or played through one? If so could you discribe how it sounds?

Just wondered. Does anyone have a layout drawing for this amp? I know it's a simple amp, but I'm pretty simple minded as well. I just hoped for a proven layout to make as few mistakes as possible.

A curious choice of some component values in this design, but looks fine. I would've doubled up the last voltage amplifier triodes instead of using more components for the cathode follower as this would allow a little more drive to the output.
