I'm wondering if it's possible to mod my Maxon AD999 so that a Foxrox Expression Pedal could control the time dial. Does anyone have experience with this?

I can't remember who, but someone makes a foot pedal device that mechanically attaches to the dial of any effect and lets you turn the dial with a footswitch. I will try and remember the source unless some else chimes in who remembers this. It might be better than modding your effect perdal.

    Regards,

    Tom

most of the modders should be able to this for you.pretty sure its just wiring the pot up to a stereo or mono jack.

Analogman modded two AD900`s for me . Both with expr pedal jacks for feedback level (amount of repeats) and delay time. Works like a dream.

When using a pedal I get longer delay times but the sound gets gradually crunchier with some `overclocking` artifacts added.
The max delay time then at around 900ms (rather than the standard max time at 600ms) is still a usefull sound to me.

I'm sorry to whoever the builder is,... my buddy bought one of the exact same pedals and they are a serious POS. Beware IMO.
