Last I asked Ed, he's still at the May or June 2005 batch.

I assume you mean June 2005, right? Are those still the pre-paids?

I'm the last of the pre-paids at July 15 2005. My anticipation is starting to increase. Knowing that the majority of the wait is over is comforting. Keep up the good work Ed!

Ya, I'm curious... Is he even making pedals anymore? Anyone get anything lately?

From what I've seen and read in 1-1/2 years of being interested, I figure there has got to be less than 30 units out.

I'd love to see and hear about more of these around. They look like the ulitmate analog delay.

Oh yeah- he had a computer meltdown recently, so I was in touch to re-confirm my place on the wait list as of July, 2005.

From what I've been able to determine, there are still people waiting on pre-paid orders for both his echo and tremolo units, but I'm one of many who're waiting without prepayment.

Still looking forward to my Echoczar, but at one year in, I'm sure I'll be waiting for a few more months, or longer. In the meantime, I'm working w/two great analogue delays; Diamond MemoryLane & Jacques Prisoner.

Ed is alive and well, and building pedals.

I got mine about a month ago FWIW, one of the last two old-style (single mix control) Echoczars. He said there was a hold up with plating on the new boxes, which has slowed his ability to finish the new batch.

As for how many are out there, mine czar is #53, angelbaby #27.

I don't remember when I got on the list, please don't ask.

And yes, Ed's pedals are that good. Simply stunning IMHO.

    patience...patience...

Yea, I spoke with him a few days after the crash, and he put me back on the list...Im on the list for the entire line...I honestly can't wait though, even if I have another year ahead of me, I know its worth the wait. Do you guys know if someone has pedals on order from him if they come separetley or all in one big box?

Yes. All the info about the crash is on his site. What you really need to do is sent him the confirmation e-mail to reestablish your place on the list. He needs the dated note he sent to you. A phone call's not gonna do it..

My Echoczar, Angelbaby, Exp. Pedal, and the TRS cables all came in one larger box, with each piece having it's own smaller box as well.

Anyone have an idea of where Ed's at right now? I'm down as of 2/06. Long wait ahead I'm sure.
