anyone have tte clips?

im thinking of getting a used one off of ebay in a month or so. i have to sell some things first and my 4x12 is not that easy to move. i have to get it on ebay because i have an ebay card with over 100 bucks to spend there. anyone have some clips of different amps. (high gain and low gain) would you buy one on ebay? maybe i could have someone selling one on here throw it up on ebay and pay their fees but im not too worried about that. im not sure how they are built and if i should worry about buying used.

I personaly would not sweat buying one used on Ebay. I had sold mine a while back and plan to purchase another one.
There pretty easy to take care of a Mike will take care of you if it needs to be serviced.

i guess i just need to go for it. i was semi-happy with my dd-6 so i cant imaging it being worse.

i love the clips i have heard and that alone is making me want one. plus the fact that they are a grand. if it cost a lot.....it must be good right? just like "if it is on the news.....it must be true"

You will not be dissapointed. It is built very well and sounds awesome. I have had mine for months, use it every day, and take it to the gig as well. I have no complaints. I have not hooked it up into my recording mixer for some slap back but I plan to soon.
The tape stands up pretty good too.

they have others for sale. they are a dealer also so you can always email them and see if they have others for the same deal. i sent fulltone an email asking if they were indeed a dealer and his reply was "He's one of my oldest and finest dealers"
so i dont expect a problem.

You will not regret the money you spent. I have been ignoring my impulse to just have another one. I used mine live and people where blown away by the sound of it.

Trust me once you open the box and fire her up, you will forget about the $$$ spent.

Where are you in Joisey? The TTE does not suck tone. In fact it enhances it in most cases. When you by-pass it the tube circuit is still in the signal path. Warms it to the bone!

warm it to the bone is what i am looking for. the only thing that makes me nervous is that i havent heard any reviews really of people using it with high gain amps. im sure it will be just fine though.

I'm down in Central Jersey near Plainfield. I haven't tried it with high gain but it should be able to handle what ever you throw at it. It really sweetens up the signal. To my ears it also adds a touch of compression. It's also smaller and lighter than you may think if your used to the old bulky Echoplex's like me.

thats not all that far away. im excited to say the least. i have a lot of experimenting with what to do. i havent heard a delay i liked yet in front of a high gain amp, but some people suggest putting this one there instead of in the loop. who knows. i guess ill find out soon enough.
