Anyone heard of Booya Amps?

Just saw a Premier Guitar review from the New York Amp Show 2011. Dude seems real cool. He builds all one-off custom to order amps. Someone asked on his facebook page how much? All the responses I've seen have been under $2K!!!

And that's pretty much everything I've found.

I feel like we need to get a thread going to list all the builders who do stuff like this within an obtainable price range. After all, if you could have your amp custom built to your own specs, that'd be the ideal situation right?

Yeah, he was at the ny nj amp show and was a cool guy to talk to. Amps were nice from what I recall.

We're still going strong! We just finished up this years NY amp show and managed to get a few more orders in for some customs. The twin channel amp seems to be the one people love the platform of. We got a bunch of new videos this year of some amps, and some great demos. Also, I was lucky enough to have Celestion drop two of five new Creamback speakers into my room to review for them!

haha, thanks Scott! I was too busy playing Hammond to show you what that amp could really do, and it was indeed tuned in to a rock tone. All good, though. I'll bring something more your and Steve's speed next time.

Those speakers just move our polluted air oh-so-well...

I started out with Hammond Organs and slowly gravitated towards amps. I still restore vintage 'boards like Moogs and ARP stuff, but shifted the business to one off hand tailored amps.
