    Sounds like it was recorded and played back backwards. There are pedals that simulate that, but they don't usually do it that well.

    The Eventide H9 and TImeFactor have reverse delays that are pretty darn good, and the Eventide rack units (e.g. Orville, DSP8000) have amazing reverse delays.
