Call them. They seem open to giving better prices than listed online. Especially if you buy a few pieces.

IME, they list quite a few things that they don't actually have yet.
I'd bet a million dollars they don't have those Quantum Leaps yet.

Not the case. I bought 3 different branded products from them last week and am awaiting the new Fulltone TTE. They are an authorized dealer.

Yeah the store is legit it seems.. I was gonna get a boost pedal from them.. Called and talked to a guy at the store. I didnt end up buying it but was because i decided i didnt want the pedal. Like the previous post mentioned you should call them and try to bargain them down a little

RGS are prone to advertising stock they don't actually carry. You may then have the run around....

Just my personal, humble experience if course. Lots of dubious threads in the past. The Moderators tend to delete them a bit sharpish....

Well, I've ordered 4 items from them, 3 of which were all delivered within 2 days with free shipping... Snow White Auto Wah HW, Empress ParaEq and Dr Scientist Elements. The 4th item, the new Fulltone TTE, they made clear I would have to wait 2 weeks if I wanted the new footswitch version. They didn't ask for any payment upfront and have emailed me twice to follow up on timing.

I don't doubt your personal experiences, but my dealings with them have been exemplary and very recent. Great prices, communication and free shipping. I can't really complain. They also don't seem to be a very big outfit, so perhaps they were going through some growing pains when you dealt with them?

Mine was not an individual case. There has been LOTS of threads on here from very unhappy People, and all of these threads have been deleted.

But hey, i have no agenda... Just trying to issue a warning. You guys can find out for yourselves...
