Was just posting, and as I type the word "the" my iPad suggested "there" where you have to hit the small "x" target to reject its suggestion. I backspaced and rewrote "the" and it then suggested "thee" (as if I'm going to want to write in
Ye olde English style). This is not the only weirdness that I have noticed in the last few months.

Some spellcheckers used to allow you to configure so your own preferences on certain words would come into play but I don't see that here (here just became "herder" until I corrected it.

It seems to have gotten worse lately, anyone else experience this?

Get thee to an Apple store!

Sorry, I haven't had that problem on mine.

Mine seems to suggest unlikely alternatives.

Sometimes I wish I could turn it off entirely.

I have typed "teh" enough on purpose, my iOS lets it go. It doesn't auto capitolize "Tele" yet.

I have noticed that after one of the recent OS upgrades it is behaving more strangely. I use Siri or voice recognition to do a lot of posting from the iPad. I've noticed that as I'm typing it will get certain words correct and then once you complete the sentence or and dictation it will go back and correct the entire post. Which has led to some very interesting unintended context.

I don't know about iPad because I've only used them a few times but the Samsung tablet that I have seems to get things weird from time to time. my Moto X smartphone is actually pretty good but it has bugs too. I don't think any of them are perfect.
