Never heard of them but it sure sounds like a great combination to have at your fingertips.

I've played/owned his Super Deluxe Reverb, and I always dream about the mini Bassman! Someone out there has to own one! They seem pretty cool.

It's very similar to my Deluxe Plus, 40 instead of 25 watts. I have the octal version, also an option for the Mini Bassman. With the octals these are really clean amps. The M channel has a little more gain and brightness, the F channel is bassier, definitely Fender like.

This is my 25 watter:

Thanks. That's good to know. I was mostly interested in the Marshall tones however. I only use cleans maybe a couple of times a year. Anyone else?

I'm running the two channel preamp version of this amp (with the 1watt poweramp option for grins) and absolutely love it. I can't find bad tone on it if I tried. Both the Bassman and Marshall side sound great and mixing the two channels with a AB/Y cable adds whole different dimension to amp (but usually run the Marshall side cranked up). Build quality is great, took around 3 weeks from the time I placed the build order before it showed up on my doorstep. First amp I've had in years that I don't bother using some kind of OD pedal in front of it to get what I want.

I have the 40 watt deluxe plus, and love it, it's very clean throughout the gain range, not much grind on tap which suits me fine, but if you want it for overdriven tones, the most you'll get is early ACDC rhythm sounding dirt. very cool head,
Kurt
