Anyone tried a Hartman Germanium Boost?

Thinking about replacing my clean boost (Fulltone Fat-Boost v1, which has a nice Tone knob) with a treble booster (Hartman Germanium Boost), but my amp is bright (Dr. Z Remedy). What you say? Thanks in advance.

You're probably aware of this, but just in case- Hartmann has been out of business for awhile, so for that option you'll need to have a source for a used or NOS device.

Thanks. There is a used one lying at a store nearby, that's why I asked. Not sure if it's the best option to replace my boost, though
