Are GOLD FOIL / GUYATONE pickups any good on Gibson guitars?

Gibson solid bodies I mean. I always see them used a Fender or Fender-like guitars.

I had a pair of Echopark Goldcoil Humbuckers in a 335 for a while. Definitely cool.

though I swapped them into a jazzmaster because I liked the Jazzmaster better just as a guitar.

If you dig the sound of the pickups, the guitar matters less. Pickups you like the sound of in the guitar you like the feel of will always be best.

just saying - if you dig fuzz, it’s a cool combo.

Guyatone/cheap MIJ rubberized magnet Goldfoils? Probably not.
