Is it alright to use the power cables that came with one power supply (say, the BBE Supracharger) with a different power supply (say, the Voodoo Pedal Power II+)??

    Thanks!

Yes. All they do is carry current so you should be good.

Yea, I was wondering the same thing. I got a couple of Y splitter cables to run my PP2+ at 18v and was wondering if I could use it with my 1Spot also. And if I could use the 5 way daisy chain for my PP2+, as long as the mAs are less than whatever the PP2 puts out.

Just make sure the polarity is the same on both ends.

No, that won't work. You will need 2 isolated power sources to output 18V using a Y-Cable, and the 1Spot lacks this feature.

Careful of some gear (I have a couple Yamaha pieces) that need AC, and very specific voltages.
