Thanks for the link. Great article. I really like his new Steelcaster Deluxe finished in vintage butterscotch like a '52 Tele. The Steelphonic is mesmerizing also.

Amazing how long recognition can take.....
I still have one of his early builds way back from his early days in Paris, when the Steel Deville was a tele, not a LP,.... and before the relic treatment was a standard thing. Also have one of his more recent builds. Both are stellar instruments, and don't sound like you would think for a metal body. You'd be hard pressed to tell it was not a wooden guitar. It really twists your mind up trying to resolve that with the obvious differences in wood bodied guitars.

I've owned several Trussart guitars, and they were all stunning... including the SteelPhonic, that I wish I could get back.
